Ms. Aleshia Nicole (Ms. A)
I’m Ms. A—Founder and CEO of A.M.O.B. (All Mentees On Board). I created A.M.O.B. to support girls as they grow into confident, capable young women who know their worth, protect their peace, and build real-life skills that carry them through school, relationships, and life.
My mentoring style is honest, supportive, and
solution-focused.
Through structured programming and consistent guidance, I help girls strengthen self-confidence, communication, decision-making, leadership, and goal-setting—without judgment and without sugarcoating what they need to hear. Whether it’s friendships, school stress, family challenges, boundaries, or planning for the future, I’m here to provide real tools and real support.
