A.M.O.B. Accomplishments
Since launching in 2017 with just 12 girls in one North Philadelphia school, All Mentees On Board (A.M.O.B.) has grown into a multi-site youth development organization serving more than 300 youth annually. What began as a small mentoring circle has evolved into a structured, community-rooted program delivering after-school mentoring, academic support, workforce development, summer enrichment, and social-emotional learning across schools and community spaces.
