All Mentees On Board (A.M.O.B.) is a community-based youth development organization dedicated to mentoring, educating, and empowering girls through structured programs, life skills training, and supportive relationships. We focus on building confidence, academic readiness, emotional wellness, and real-world skills that help young people navigate school, home, and life with purpose.

Through after-school programming, summer initiatives, mentorship, and family engagement, A.M.O.B. creates safe spaces where girls are encouraged to grow, lead, and believe in their potential. Our work is rooted in accountability, care, and community partnership—meeting girls where they are and helping them become who they are meant to be.
