About A.M.O.B.
Building Confidence, Friendships & Life Skills.
All Mentees On Board is a full fledge mentoring and afterschool program servicing girls and young ladies in the Philadelphia Region. We service students between the ages of 6-23 and pride ourselves on creating a unique and exciting learning environment that embraces all types of student backgrounds while promoting growth academically, emotionally, and personally.
A.M.O.B. looks to incorporate not only our student mentoring, but a focus on emotional, mental and physical health. We provide academic tools to assist with learning, community engagement, personal support and the importance of self- awareness and confidence to our students.
We believe our program has the beautiful potential to bridge schools, community and parents back to a well working system for our city. Our program supports the school's mission, its teachers, their parents and community so that each entity can focus on what truly needs to be done for our students without feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin.
A.M.O.B.’s mission and purpose are to serve girls and young ladies to help assist in building and establishing morale, positive self- esteem, self- assurance and overall wellness within themselves and their role in all relationships that include and does not limit to school, community, personal and society.
The Mentees of this program will develop and evolve into confident, accomplished and successful young ladies. A.M.O.B. is dedicated to impacting and influencing community outreach, volunteering regularly and becoming involved with various community and social works.

Where the Passion Begins
Meet the Founder
Ms. Aleshia Nicole, lovingly known as Ms. A, is a passionate youth advocate, mentor, and visionary who believes every girl deserves a chance to discover her power and purpose. With a heart full of service and a relentless commitment to uplift young women, Ms. A founded All Mentees On Board (A.M.O.B.) in 2017 with a simple but bold mission: to create a safe, inspiring space where girls could be seen, heard, and empowered.
What started with just 12 girls in a single Philadelphia school quickly grew into a movement. Ms. A saw firsthand the barriers young girls — especially Black and Brown girls — faced when it came to confidence, resources, opportunities, and support. She knew that mentorship wasn't just helpful — it was life-changing. Through after-school programs, leadership workshops, summer camps, and career readiness initiatives, A.M.O.B. has transformed the lives of over 127 girls (and counting!), helping them step into their greatness with pride, purpose, and power.T

Today, under Ms. A's leadership, A.M.O.B. continues to grow as a vibrant community built on love, resilience, and opportunity. Every program, event, and interaction is fueled by Ms. A's unwavering belief:
“When you invest in a girl, you change a community.”
