At AMOB, we are dedicated to helping young girls between the ages of 7 - 23 reach their fullest potential. Our mentoring program provides the tools needed to help girls succeed in their personal and academic lives. We offer mentoring, therapy, afterschool programs, resources, and community engagements to ensure our girls feel supported and empowered.
We want our girls to find their inner strength and realize their potential. That's why we strive to provide the necessary resources to help them find success in every aspect of their lives.

All Mentees On Board (A.M.O.B.) was founded by Aleshia in 2016 with the goal of helping young girls reach their full potential. Our mission is to empower them with the tools and resources to become successful in their professional and personal lives. At AMOB, we are committed to creating a safe and vibrant space for mentees to learn, grow and develop. We have hand-picked each of our mentors to carry out Aleshia’s vision of offering an unparalleled mentorship experience. Our program aims to foster a community of strong and capable young women who are ready to take on the world.
