Where the Passion Begins
All Mentees On Board (AMOB) was founded by Aleshia in 2017 with the goal of helping young girls reach their full potential. Our mission is to empower them with the tools and resources to become successful in their professional and personal lives.
At AMOB, we are committed to creating a safe and vibrant space for mentees to learn, grow and develop. We have hand-picked each of our mentors to carry out Aleshia’s vision of offering an unparalleled mentorship experience. Our program aims to foster a community of strong and capable young women who are ready to take on the world.
Aleshia is the founder and CEO of A.M.O.B. and is extremely passionate about teaching and strengthening her community through mentoring and volunteering.
